Rock Candy Coworking is the first and only dedicated coworking space in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The original location is nestled within Pod 2 on the vibrant Rock Lititz campus with our newest location on N. Broad Street in downtown Lititz, we offer a seamless blend of innovation, community, and small-town charm.

Founded in 2017 by Steve Palmer as a collaborative initiative between coworking advocates and the Rock Lititz community, Rock Candy emerged as a dynamic hub for creators and professionals to share ideas, grow, and inspire one another.

Our Roots

Rock Candy was born out of a deep-rooted passion for coworking in the Lancaster region. It builds upon the legacy of early coworking pioneers in downtown Lancaster who aimed to support local entrepreneurs through shared space and resources. Since its launch in 2017, Rock Candy Coworking has brought that same spirit to the Lititz area.
